Lead Commercial HVAC Installer

Jewell Mechanical is seeking an experienced Lead Commercial HVAC Installer to join our team. We serve the Nashville area and surrounding counties and are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in commercial HVAC installation and equipment startup.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience installing and starting up commercial HVAC equipment
• Must be able to lead and manage a crew on commercial job sites
• Ability to coordinate projects, maintain schedules, and ensure quality workmanship
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
