Lead HVAC Dispatcher / Operations Manager (ServiceTitan Exp Required)

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is not a standard dispatch job.

We are Wrangler AC (formerly Premier Comfort Service Company). On January 12th, we are executing a major market launch in San Antonio with a full fleet ready to roll on Day 1. We have authorized an annual marketing budget to ensure the phones never stop ringing.

We are looking for a General to command the Dispatch Board. We don't need a receptionist; we need an Air Traffic Controller who can manage a large team of technicians, maximize revenue, and lead a team of CSRs.

THE ROLE

You will be the "Call Boss." You are the heartbeat of the operation. If the board isn't full, you are making outbound calls. If the board is overflowing, you are triaging for high-value opportunities.

• Command the Board: Strategic routing of a double-digit fleet to minimize drive time and maximize revenue opportunity. You decide who goes where.
• Lead the Room: Manage and coach a team of CSRs to ensure our Booking Rate stays above 90%.
• Protect the Revenue: You understand that a 15-year-old system with a refrigerant leak goes to a Senior Tech, not an apprentice.
• Crisis Management: When it’s 105 degrees and we have 50 calls holding, you stay calm and prioritize the VIPs and high-opportunity leads.

REQUIREMENTS (Non-Negotiable)

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of high-volume HVAC or Plumbing Dispatching.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in ServiceTitan (or similar high-end CRM) is highly preferred. You must be able to type, talk, and route simultaneously.
• Leadership: Ability to hold technicians accountable for their schedules and CSRs accountable for their scripts.
• Thick Skin: You can handle the pressure of a San Antonio summer without cracking.
