Lead HVAC Install Technician

Compensation
$65,000–$85,000 per year, based on experience.

What You Will Do
- Perform high‑quality residential HVAC installations
- Lead and mentor assistants or apprentices
- Maintain vehicles, tools, and job site organization
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Review work orders, follow schedules, and solve issues proactively
- Ensure proper materials are prepared for each job
- Document work accurately and follow company procedures
- Stay current on HVAC codes and standards
What You Need
- Must be 21 or older
- Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC install experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to pass drug, background, and MVR checks
- Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently or with a crew
- Strong organization and decision‑making skills
- Safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools
