Lead HVAC Installation Technician

Job Summary:

Residential – Able to perform all manner of HVAC residential installations including but not limited to full system changeouts, partial change outs, full system cut ins, flexible duct replacement, and sheet metal assembly.

Must be able to adhere to all current mechanical codes, pass HERS and 1st inspection on 90% of jobs, maintain a workmanship callback rate below 5% annually, and able to properly flash all standard roofing materials and penetrations.

Water heater replacement experience is a plus.

Any commercial replacement and sheet metal experience is a plus.

This is an hourly wage full time position with the following benefits.

Pay: $29.00 - $40.00 per hour
