Lead HVAC Installer

We’re looking for a Lead HVAC Installer with residential new construction experience to join our team.

If you know how to run a job from start to finish, can manage a crew, and still love being hands-on, this role is for you. You’ll lead installs, train helpers, and make sure every system is done right the first time. We’ll support you with everything you need to succeed and grow.

Lead HVAC Installer Responsibilities:

• Builds positive relationships with customers and team
• Provides guidance and knowledge to HVAC installers on installation jobs
• Effectively leads and holds the team accountable with new HVAC installs
• Completes required paperwork promptly
• Maintains organization of vehicle and company tools
• Follows all GUNTHERS Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.
• Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS Core Values and Mission
• Completes any additional tasks or work required by the Supervisor

Lead HVAC Installer Qualifications:

• 4 + years in commercial HVAC with experience leading a team
• EPA and RMGA certification required
• High School Diploma, or GED
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Must be professional and have exceptional communication skills
• Must be able to pass an HVAC skills test
• Experienced with pressure sensors, humidity sensors, rooftop units, make-up air units, differential pressure devices, variable frequency drives, and air handler units.
• Follows GUNTHERS dress and grooming polices. For the safety and respect of our customers, Gunthers is a smoke-free and vape-free environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Benefits:

• Competitive base salary of $50-70,000 per year plus uncapped commissions with earning potential based on performance. (Average $50-$100K in commissions)
