We’re looking for a happy, motivated Lead HVAC Installer who’s an early riser, thrives in a hands-on environment, and doesn’t mind the heat—literally or figuratively. If you take pride in clean installs, love working with your hands, and enjoy teaching and leading others, this role was built for you.

As our Lead Installer, you’ll be the go-to expert on the job site—setting the pace, setting the standard, and ensuring every system is installed with precision, pride, and professionalism. You’ll work with cutting-edge HVAC equipment, mentor junior installers, and deliver comfort that truly makes a difference for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Installing residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and ductwork
• Running jobs, reading plans, and managing install timelines
• Brazing/pressing pipe, setting equipment, charging systems, and commissioning
• Ensuring installs meet code, safety, and company standards
• Communicating clearly with customers and teammates
• Keeping job sites clean, organized, and professional
