Lead HVAC Installer

Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in HVAC systems, including installation, and maintenance. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. As an HVAC Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal performance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our clients.

Duties

• Must be dependable and on time for your work day. Call outs and tardiness are grounds for termination.
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Operate various tools and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members on design projects for new installations or upgrades.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during installations.
• Assist with property maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer.
• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Relevant certifications in HVAC installation or maintenance are a plus.
• Willingness to continuously learn about new technologies and techniques in the HVAC field.
• Familiar with ductwork installation and system installs.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.50 per hour
