Lead HVAC Installer

Lunsford AC & Heating is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Lead HVAC Installers who take ownership of their jobs and want to be paid based on performance.

We do both new construction and full system replacements, which means steady work and real earning potential.

This is not a helper position.
This is not for someone who needs constant supervision.
We are hiring leaders.

What You’ll Run

• Residential system replacements (complete changeouts)
• Residential and light commercial new construction
• Duct systems and equipment installs
• Projects ranging from production homes to custom systems

• You can run an install from start to finish
• You can lead and train a helper
• You care about airflow, clean ductwork, and proper setup
• You show up ready to work
