Lead HVAC Installer

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues
- Ensure proper functioning of all HVAC components
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components
- Ability to plumb and maintain HVAC systems
- Experience working with refrigeration systems
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of system design
- Proficient in field service techniques
- Familiarity with air conditioning systems
