Job Description

We are a growing HVAC company serving residential and light commercial clients in the Salt Lake City area. We are currently seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in clean, professional installations and quality workmanship. This position is ideal for someone who can lead installations, work efficiently, and represent the company professionally at customer locations.

Installer Responsibilities

• Install furnaces, condensers, coils, and complete HVAC systems
• Replace existing HVAC equipment
• Install line sets, drain lines, flue piping, and transitions
• Set condensers and outdoor equipment
• Perform system start-up and basic testing
• Ensure clean and professional installations
• Lead helper/installer when needed
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized job site

Schedule & Work Details

• Full-time position
• Overtime available depending on workload
• Residential and light commercial installations
• Work performed at customer locations
• Local work – home daily

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years HVAC installation experience
• Experience installing split systems and furnaces
• EPA Certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Clean and professional workmanship
• Ability to work independently

Pay
