LEAD Residential HVAC Installer – NO ON CALL, 4 Day work week, NO PRIVATE EQUITY BS, BUSY YEAR ROUND!

Responsibilities

- Install Residential HVAC equipment adhering to building CODE and company standards

- Communicate with customers, conduct home walkthroughs, explain equipment operation

- Understand the different HVAC products and how they integrate into various homes.

- Record customer interactions in an appointment software (ServiceTitan).

- Provide exemplary customer service

- Work efficiently to ensure completion of jobs within your scheduled window

- Work with the contracting manager to identify potential problems and required materials

- Have strong attention to detail and pride in your work, ensuring proper installation of equipment is imperative, minimizing warranty and return visits.

- Work alongside the contracting manager to plan for upcoming jobs

Qualifications

- Prior HVAC Installer LEAD experience is required.

- Experience with Carrier products is HIGHLY PREFERRED (We are an FAD)

- Be articulate, good communication skills

- Attention to detail and time management skills

- EPA

- NATE certification preferred.

Pay Range

Hourly base pay of $30-$45 (Depending on experience) + performance bonus with total compensation ranging from $80,000-$120,000+

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
