JNJ AIR is a growing HVAC company based on Long island focused on residential and light commercial installs. We're busy and looking for a strong Lead Installer who takes pride in clean, Professional work.

Who We're Looking for:

We're looking for a strong, reliable HVAC Installer who can run jobs independently and take pride in their work. The ideal candidate has solid install experience and can complete residential and light commercial jobs from start to finish with minimal supervision.

You should be comfortable installing Central AC systems, Ductwork, and mini splits, and be able to handle unexpected issues on the job without constant direction.

We value someone who is dependable, shows up on time, works clean, and represents the company professionally when dealing with customers.

What You'll Do:

- Lead residential and light commercial HVAC Installations

- Install Central AC Systems, Ductwork, and mini splits

- Complete jobs cleanly and efficiently

- Communicate professionally with customers when needed

Requirements:

- 5+ Years HVAC Experience

- Strong install background (Changeouts, ductwork, Mini splits)

- Must be able to complete installs independently

- Valid driver's license

- Reliable and takes pride in your work

Pay & Benefits

- $45-$50/Hour (based on experience)

- Weekly pay

- Performance bounces (Christmas & Mid-year)

- 2 Weeks' vacation

- 5 sick days

- $200/month toward health insurance (with proof of current health insurance)
