Position Overview
We're looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in their work and can lead installation projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who sets the standard on job sites and helps develop the next generation of technicians.
What You'll Do
- Lead residential HVAC installations (furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, ductwork)
- Supervise and mentor install helpers and junior technicians
- Ensure all work meets code, safety standards, and company quality expectations
- Communicate clearly with homeowners on-site
- Troubleshoot and solve installation challenges efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of residential systems and installation best practices
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
