Schedule

Monday–Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC system installations including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and indoor air quality products
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code requirements
• Direct and mentor installation helpers or apprentices on job sites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners during the installation process
• Complete installation checklists and job documentation
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Safely operate company vehicles and installation equipment
• Perform system startup and basic performance verification
• Must be able to work independently and with the help of a install helper.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of HVAC best practices, and code requirements
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to lead installation jobs and direct helpers
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• EPA Certification required
