Lead HVAC Installer (Team Lead)

C&R Services is a family-owned HVAC and home services company serving East Texas since 1996. We’re growing and looking for a strong Lead HVAC Installer who can run jobs the right way — with skill, leadership, and integrity.

What You’ll Do

• Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations from start to finish
• Manage and direct install crew members on-site
• Install complete HVAC systems (split systems, package units, mini-splits, etc.)
• Fabricate, install, and seal ductwork properly
• Handle refrigerant charging, brazing, evacuation, and start-up procedures
• Ensure installs meet code, manufacturer specs, and company standards
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and project managers
• Maintain job documentation and material lists
• Deliver a clean, professional final walkthrough every time

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years HVAC install experience
• Proven experience running residential installs independently
• Experience leading and managing a crew
• Strong knowledge of airflow, duct design, sealing, and system performance
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to troubleshoot installation challenges on-site
• High standard of workmanship and pride in doing the job right

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with Daikin systems
• Light commercial install experience
• NATE certification
