Lead Hvac Service Tech

On Target Heating + Cooling is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. We are seeking a dependable professional with strong troubleshooting skills who takes pride in delivering quality service and building lasting relationships with customers.

This position requires someone who can diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems while leading by example and maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Install and service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
• Accurately troubleshoot HVAC system issues
• Communicate clearly with customers about system problems and solutions
• Ensure all work meets company standards and safety guidelines
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and company vehicles
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
• Lead and assist other technicians when needed

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years residential HVAC experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Leadership ability and a team-oriented mindset
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
• EPA Certification preferred

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
