Lead HVAC Service Technician

C&R Services has been serving East Texas families since 1996. We’re looking for a Lead HVAC Service Technician who knows systems inside and out and takes pride in solving problems the right way.

This role is for an experienced technician who can diagnose confidently, communicate clearly, and lead by example in the field.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Work on communicating systems, variable-speed equipment, and inverter technology
• Service and troubleshoot mini splits and ductless systems
• Identify airflow and duct performance issues
• Perform system start-ups, refrigerant diagnostics, and electrical troubleshooting
• Educate homeowners on repair options and system performance
• Complete service calls efficiently and professionally
• Mentor junior technicians when needed

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic ability across multiple brands
• Experience with communicating systems and advanced controls
• Solid understanding of airflow, static pressure, and duct performance
• Experience servicing mini splits and high-efficiency equipment
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
