Lead HVAC Service Technician (Residential)

Green Energy Mechanical in Canton, MA is looking for an additional Lead HVAC Service Technician who thrives on solving problems, working efficiently, and getting systems back up and running the right way the first time.

If you enjoy walking into a situation, quickly assessing the issue, and confidently diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of residential HVAC systems
• Handle warranty repair work along with general service calls
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide a great experience
• Follow Green Energy Mechanical service protocols and best practices
• Collaborate with a supportive office and field team

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–15 years of HVAC service experience (residential preferred, commercial background welcome)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
• A “get it done right and fast” mindset
• Positive attitude, flexible, and easy to work with
• Strong work ethic and a customer-first approach
