LEAD HVAC Service Technician – Residential

Varsity Zone is a well-established and rapidly growing national HVAC company (11 states – 25 locations) that is hiring for an experienced LEAD service technician to join and help MANAGE our service department for our location based out of Clearwater, Florida.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in servicing and/or installing residential air conditioning systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces and mini split systems.

Job Duties

· HVAC systems for repair

· Preventative maintenance

· Evaluating maintenance plan eligibility

· Providing unmatched customer service

· Assisting in the on going development of our expanding service & installation teams

· Focused on safety at the job site and when driving

· Customer service focus for both our customers and coworkers

· Participate in training and continuing education to stay current on equipment, service techniques and best practices

Skills & Education Required:

· A high school diploma

· EPA certification

· Proud of their work ethic

· Leadership capabilities

· Unmatched mechanical skills

· Clean driver's record/criminal record

Compensation & Benefits We Offer:

· $30.00 - $40.00 per hour plus bonuses and commissions
