What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Lead by example in the field
• Help train and troubleshoot with other technicians
• Be the go-to resource when problems get tough

You will play a key role in:

• Improving install quality
• Reducing callbacks
• Raising the level of the entire team

On-Call Responsibility

• Must be available to:
• Help techs troubleshoot when needed
• Be on-call for team support
• Rotating on-call weekends required

This is a leadership role — not just showing up and running calls.

• Refrigerant charging
• Airflow diagnostics
• Electrical troubleshooting
