$26.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience) $1,800 Sign-On Bonus (paid after 60 days) Commission opportunities on repairs, system replacements, and maintenance agreements High income potential ($80K–$120K+)

Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician / HVAC Repair Technician in Yuma, AZ. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, customer-focused technician who can work independently and contribute to a team environment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems Perform maintenance and inspections Present repair and replacement options to customers Sell maintenance agreements Complete service documentation Deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

Minimum 3 years HVAC experience Strong troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently Customer service oriented Must have own hand tools and basic HVAC setup

Screening Requirements

Valid driver's license Background check Drug screening

Schedule

Availability for nights, weekends, and after-hours/on-call work required
