Lead HVAC Technician

We are looking for highly motivated, professional service technicians that love to sell to join our company. We are a premiere residential and commercial air conditioning company who focuses on providing the best service experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with refrigeration and air conditioning units.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints for HVAC design and installation.
• Provide excellent customer service while communicating with clients about service needs.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Document service calls and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Offer products and services for system maintenance and repair
• Equipment sales

Qualifications

• Proficient in Forced air and Ductless systems
• Experience as a service technician in the HVAC field
• Strong mechanical knowledge and skills
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and HVAC designs
• Familiarity with plumbing repair
• Experience in property maintenance and field service
• Valid driver's license with van driving experience
• Knowledge of 410a, R-22, R-454b refrigeration and equipment repair techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
