• High personal integrity
• Drug-free screening
• Some HVAC or plumbing service, maintenance and/or installation experience
• Clean or near clean driving record
• Honesty
• Ability to communicate clearly to customers and coworkers
• Ability to climb ladders, work on roofs and lift 50+lbs safely from the ground to the standing position
• Ability to work in hot attics, unpredictable weather, and tight spaces
• Customer service and general problem solving skills
• General mechanical and/or technical experiences
• Pictures of work and real customer/coworker references

These skills will all assist in pay scale and likelihood of hire

The job will require:

• Working Monday through Friday 40+ hours per week, and rotational on-call weekends
