Lead HVAC Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced residential and light commercial HVAC Technician. Your role will include diagnosing heating and cooling problems, bidding HVAC work, filling out proposals and invoices, installing and repairing and supervising the installation and repairs of HVAC equipment including heat pumps, gas furnaces, gas boilers, air conditioning units just to name a few.

All-Air Sytems will provide training to strengthen your knowledge of systems you already know and train you up on systems you may not be familiar with. We also work on and install geothermal. But you must at a minimum be competent in performing demand calls and be a lead installer for typcial residential systems as mentioned above.

Duties:

- Conduct equipment repair and maintenance tasks.

- Create proposals on iPad for HVAC repairs and replacements and discuss different options with customers.

- Troubleshoot and run diagnostics on HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs.

- Provide field service for HVAC units.

- Install and oversee the installation of HVAC equipment including furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, and air conditioner units.

- Drive company van to various job sites.

- Perform quarterly, semi-annual and annual maintenance for residential and commercial customers and repair and replace as needed.

Qualifications:

- Journeyman HVAC License preferred in the state of Maryland

- At least 2 full years experience as an HVAC technician required with similar experience as the work required by the is job post

- Proficiency in HVAC systems

- Ability to install, repair, service and diagnose problems with all manner of heating and cooling systems

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Comfortable driving a company van.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
