What the role actually looks like

• 3–5 service calls per day (not 8–10 rushed calls)
• Full system diagnostics, not surface-level fixes
• Clear explanation to the homeowner
• Present 3-4 professional options
• Customer chooses — no pressure selling

• Strong diagnostic ability across residential HVAC

Compensation

• Target earnings: $32.00 - $45.00+
