Role Objective
To lead a 2-person field team in delivering high-quality HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs while maximizing revenue through ethical upselling and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction in the Dubai residential and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Execution & Quality Control
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on various systems (Split, Package, Ducted, and VRF/VfV).
- Execute high-pressure chemical coil cleaning and specialized duct cleaning using robotic/manual tools.
- Ensure all work complies with UAE DEWA/Dubai Municipality safety and technical standards.
- Conduct final "Quality Checks" before leaving a site to ensure zero "re-call" visits.
2. Revenue & Consultative Sales (The "Cash Flow" Driver)
- Perform "Whole-Home HVAC Health Checks" on every service call.
- Identify and explain system risks to customers (e.g., mold growth, failing capacitors, low gas) to generate on-site upsells.
- Present and sell Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) to one-time repair customers.
- Achieve monthly "Add-on" revenue targets as set by management.
3. Team Leadership & Operations
- Supervise and train an Assistant Technician (Helper) on-site.
- Manage van inventory; ensuring all "Fast-Moving" parts (capacitors, motors, gas) are restocked daily.
- Document all jobs via the CRM app with "Before & After" photos and detailed technician notes.
- Maintain the company vehicle and specialized tools in pristine condition.
4. Customer Experience
- Act as the primary point of contact on-site, maintaining a professional, polite, and "customer-first" attitude.
- Actively request Google Reviews from satisfied customers upon job completion.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in HVAC, with at least 3 years specifically in the Dubai/UAE market.
- Education: ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent trade certification).
- License: Must possess a valid UAE Manual Driving License.
- Language: Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a significant plus for client and vendor communication).
- Skills: Proficient in reading electrical schematics, troubleshooting PCB boards, and using digital manifolds/multimeters.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue per Lead: Average invoice value generated per site visit.
- Conversion Rate: Percentage of repair calls converted into AMCs.
- Customer Rating: Number of 5-star Google reviews mentioning their name.
- Recall Rate: Number of jobs requiring a second visit due to technician error (Target:

- Base Salary: AED 3,500 - 5,000 (Based on experience).
