We envisage success in this role to include;
- Evaluate and approve material submittals for ELV and ICT systems, including Fire & Life Safety systems, BMS, Data Centers, OSP networks, Fiber Optic cabling (passive & active components), and intelligent unified platform installations.
- Review and provide detailed feedback on shop drawings related to ELV and ICT systems.
- Oversee and ensure the correct installation, implementation, testing, and commissioning of ELV/ICT systems across the project.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to installation and site teams to ensure adherence to project specifications and international standards.
- Demonstrate deep technical expertise across ICT systems, including Fire & Security, BMS, Data Centers, OSP, Fiber Optics, and integrated smart building platforms.
- Coordinate closely with project teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project objectives and milestones.
- Contribute to planning, execution, and contracts management activities related to ICT systems.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and coordination.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, installation procedures, and maintenance manuals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance project delivery and innovation.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor's degree in an Electrical or ICT related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, ICT, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
- 18–20 years of total professional experience in ICT/ELV engineering.
- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in ICT infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Mandatory experience working on high-rise and 5-star hospitality (luxury hotel) projects.

Strong technical expertise in:
- ELV systems
- Fire & Life Safety systems
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Data Centers
- Outside Plant (OSP) networks
- Fiber Optic cabling (backbone & distribution)
- Passive & active network components
- Intelligent and integrated building platforms
- Proven track record in material submittals, shop drawing reviews, and site supervision.
- Strong ability to manage complex projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, CompTIA, Microsoft) are preferred.
