Safe Care Learning Center is seeking a dependable, nurturing, and enthusiastic Lead Infant Teacher who truly loves working with children. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood development, eager to teach and guide infants through their earliest milestones, and committed to creating a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, nurturing, and responsive environment for infants (typically ages 6 weeks–12 months).
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development.
- Maintain a structured yet flexible daily routine.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all infants at all times.
- Build positive, professional relationships with families through daily communication and progress updates.
- Supervise and support assistant teachers in the classroom.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Follow all licensing regulations and Safe Care Learning Center policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting preferred.
- Strong understanding of infant development and early learning practices.
- Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
- Patient, nurturing, and compassionate personality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
