Lead Infant Teacher

We are seeking Infant Teachers with either their CDA or Early Childhood Education Credentials to join our organization! There are currently multiple positions available in our Infant Class.

Responsibilities (Infant Teacher):

• Provide a safe and loving environment for the infants in his/her care
• Give bottles to infants as provided by the parents
• Feed infants' solid foods as age appropriate
• Change diapers as needed
• Supervise infants on the floor as they play with age-appropriate toys
• Soothe infants and put them in their crib for nap time
• Ensure play, sleep, and changing areas are kept clean
• Keep parents up-to-date using Brightwheel

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to complete Early Childhood courses and meet Annual Professional Development requirements
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Extended periods of time sitting on the floor (Infant Teacher)
• Reliable transportation to the Childcare Center
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
