What You’ll Do

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Observe and support each child’s developmental progress
• Collaborate with fellow educators to design dynamic lesson plans
• Build strong, positive relationships with families

Who We’re Looking For

• Meets all Texas Minimum Standards qualifications for child care centers
• Experience in early childhood education or daycare settings
• Strong understanding of child development
• Organized, professional, and an excellent communicator
• Passionate about creating a fun, structured, enriching classroom

Requirements

• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• FBI fingerprint/background check clearance
• A genuine love for early childhood education
