Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Lead Infant/Toddler/Twos Teacher to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will lead classroom activities, promote developmental milestones, and create a warm, stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and growth. Your passion for working with young children and your expertise in early childhood education will inspire both your team and the children in your care.

Duties

• Lead daily classroom activities tailored to infants, toddlers, and twos, ensuring they are engaging, educational, and developmentally appropriate
• Foster a nurturing environment that promotes emotional security, social skills, and independence among young learners
• Implement age-specific curriculum plans aligned with childhood development standards
• Monitor individual progress and communicate regularly with parents about their child's growth and milestones
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment following all health and safety regulations
• Guide assistant teachers and support staff to ensure high-quality care and effective classroom management
• Document daily activities, attendance, and developmental observations accurately

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children in a daycare or classroom setting
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Certification in first aid and CPR; additional certifications in special education or working with individuals with disabilities are a plus
• Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to foster positive behavior management strategies
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members
• Experience with caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting is valued but not required
• Demonstrated commitment to creating an inclusive environment that supports diverse learning needs
