Lead Infant Teacher (Experience Required)

Kids Growing Early Learning Center is seeking a patient and nurturing individual who has a passion and love for working with infants!

Responsibilities:

• Care and education of children while meeting the individual needs of the children
• Help to plan and implement weekly lesson plans and schedules
• Help design and maintain an appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental level of the infants in the classroom
• Interact with the infants to support play, exploration, and learning
• Communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff
• Participation in staff and training meetings
• Compliance with current state licensing regulations and company procedures and policies

Requirements:

• A CDA, Associates degree or Bachelor degree in education or related field (Optional)
• Prior infant classroom/group setting experience
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have a love of young children
• Must be a team player
• Least one year of childcare experience
