Lead Infant Teacher (Full-Time) – Creative Academy

Creative Academy is seeking an experienced Lead Infant Teacher to join our close-knit team. This is a full-time position for confident educators who value structure, consistency, and strong relationships in the classroom.

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Primary schedule: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Must have availability within center hours: 7:30 AM–5:30 PM as needed
• Pay range: $19.00–$21.00/hour (based on education and experience)
• Start date: As soon as possible (flexible for the right candidate)

Required Credentials (Minimum)

Candidates must meet one of the following:

• 30 semester hours, including at least 6 semester hours in child-related coursework, OR
• CDA (Child Development Associate), OR
• Actively in the process of completing CDA or required coursework

Must-Have Qualifications

• Prior Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience
• Strong classroom management skills and consistency
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities
• Professional, respectful communication with families and team members

Nice-to-Have (Not Required)

• Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Experience with licensing standards and classroom documentation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
