Our proprietary Life Essentials® curriculum prepares children for school and life through hands-on learning and meaningful relationships.

Position Summary

We are seeking a warm, nurturing, and experienced Infant Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The Infant Lead Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate environment that supports each child’s growth while building strong, positive partnerships with families.

Key Responsibilities (All Classrooms)

  • Plan and implement lesson plans aligned with the Kiddie Academy Life Essentials® curriculum
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom environment
  • Observe, assess, and document children’s development
  • Communicate daily with parents and caregivers
  • Supervise and mentor assistant teachers
  • Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, and safety regulations
  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development

Qualifications

  • CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (per state requirements)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting
  • Prior lead teaching experience preferred
  • Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Must meet all state background and licensing requirements

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
