We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment for all children, including those with disabilities.
- Engage children in hands-on activities that encourage exploration and creativity.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that supports learning.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience for all students.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication.
Experience
- Previous experience in a preschool or childcare setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with childhood development principles and practices is essential.
- Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus.
- Skills in caregiving, babysitting, or nannying are beneficial for this role.
- Strong classroom management abilities to maintain an orderly learning environment.
- First aid certification is advantageous but not required at the time of application.
