Conduct weekly performance review meetings with Supervisors and Regional Teams.
Standardize and enforce installation SOPs, technical checkpoints, and safety compliance across all regions.
Conduct surprise audits and periodic field visits to ensure quality and process adherence.
Control additional material usage and ensure approved rate list implementation nationwide.
Investigate high repeat complaint ratios and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
Handle critical escalations and VIP customer complaints at the Head Office level.
Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Stores, Accounts, and CRM teams for smooth nationwide execution.
Ensure proper job sheet verification and system closure compliance in all regions.
Lead capacity planning, manpower forecasting, and workload balancing between regions.
Oversee vendor / third-party installer agreements and monitor performance compliance.
Identify underperforming regions and implement structured performance improvement strategies.
Drive digitalization, reporting dashboards, and automation in installation operations.
Design and implement nationwide technical and operational training plans for Supervisors and installation teams to strengthen technical expertise.
Develop and strengthen AWS/CWS infrastructure nationwide, ensuring technical capability enhancement, service coverage expansion, and installation readiness.
Drive the profitability of installation operations, particularly within AWS, by controlling costs, optimizing material use, improving productivity, and maximizing installation revenue.
Prepare consolidated daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management (Load, TAT %, FTR %, profitability, and related KPIs).
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Graduate (Business, Operations, Engineering preferred) with a minimum 5–7 years of experience, including at least 3–4 years in a managerial / operations leadership role.
Strong operational leadership with proven experience in managing multi-region teams and driving KPI-based performance.
Proficient in MS Office, dashboards, and CRM/ERP systems with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and escalation-handling skills at the cross-functional and Head Office levels.
