Lead Installer — Light Commercial & Residential HVAC

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Installer specializing in Light Commercial and Residential HVAC and related systems. In this vital role, you will lead installation projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your expertise will drive successful project completion, from blueprint interpretation to on-site execution, delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a leader in the field, you will coordinate with team members, troubleshoot complex systems, and uphold best practices across all installations. Responsibilities

• Lead install projects for RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, and high‑efficiency equipment
• Coordinate crane days, curb adapters, and jobsite logistics
• Train and guide junior installers and apprentices
• Ensure quality, safety, and low‑callback workmanship
• Communicate clearly with customers, GCs, and internal teams

Experience

• 4+ years install experience (commercial or residential)
• Ability to lead a crew with confidence
• Strong understanding of airflow, ductwork, and equipment commissioning
• EPA certification required; NATE preferred
• Pride in craftsmanship and customer communication

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
