Lead Installer Windows and Doors

*Job Overview*

MUST have direct experience in residential window and door replacement. We are seeking a skilled Lead Installer for residential windows and doors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience in the field installing windows, sliding patio doors, and Entry Doors. Experience leading a team is a plus. You must be able to show quality craftsmanship for interior trim work and be able to operate a Tapco Brake (or equivalent) for exterior work when needed. Also, must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record and pass a background check. Work truck provided after approval to run a crew effectively. All tools needed for the job are provided as well.

- Oversee installation projects from start to finish

- Maintain a productive and positive work environment for your team.

- Install Windows and Doors according to specifications

- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely project completion

- Conduct quality checks post-installation

- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

*Skills*

- Ability to perform heavy lifting

- Familiarity with construction site operations

- Maintenance Person skills for various installation tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour
