Lead Interior Designer

Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of both aesthetics and functionality. This role involves collaborating with clients to create innovative interior spaces that reflect their vision while adhering to project timelines and budgets. The Interior Designer will utilize various design software and tools to develop concepts, present ideas, and manage projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for interior design projects.
• Create detailed design plans using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Develop 3D models and renderings using tools like 3ds Max and Rhinoceros 3D to visualize design concepts.
• Prepare presentations for clients that effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and contracts while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct site visits to assess spaces, measure dimensions, and oversee the implementation of designs.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals involved in the renovation or construction process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies related to interior design.
• Apply knowledge of color theory, lighting design, and drafting techniques in all projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit is required

• A professional degree in Interior Design

• 3–4+ years of Commercial Interior Design experience

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Confidence in managing junior team members and guiding project workflow

• Skilled in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, BIM360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Capable of adapting to and learning new tools and software

• Exceptional time management

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong space planning ability and design sensibility

• A positive, self-motivated and proactive mindset with a collaborative spirit

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 per year
