Our work is detail-driven, thoughtful, and always client-focused. We’re seeking a Lead Designer to lead projects, inspire our team, and elevate our client experiences.

Job Summary:

This role is for an experienced designer who can confidently lead residential interior design projects from concept through installation. Under the direction of our principal designer you will work closely with clients, vendors, and our design team to ensure projects are executed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design projects and oversee the design team
• Create mood boards, floor plans, material selections, and specifications
• Source furniture, fixtures, and finishes while coordinating with clients and vendors
• Create polished client presentations
• Support project installations
• Maintain organized digital files and documentation
• Collaborate with principal designer
• Travel locally and out-of-state as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of professional interior design experience, including residential projects (portfolio required)
• Minimum 2 years leading a design team
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Canva, or similar)
• Strong conceptual design, space planning, and material selection skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable assisting with installations (able to lift 50 lbs)
• Willingness to travel for out-of-state site visits installs
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Phoenix area. The studio is located in Mesa.
