About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Interior Designer with strong experience in corporate, office, and workspace interiors to lead design execution and deliver high-quality projects end to end. The role involves design leadership, cross-functional coordination, and ownership of multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers to deliver high-quality workspace designs and end-to-end project delivery
• Plan and execute layouts for offices, co-working spaces, and corporate environments
• Develop and maintain design systems, brand guidelines, and visual standards for interiors
• Create and review 3D models, renderings, floor plans, and mood boards for client and internal approvals
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure designs meet functional and business needs
• Manage vendors, contractors, and procurement for furniture, materials, and installations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with local building codes, safety, and accessibility standards
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment
• Conduct quality checks and due diligence to maintain design integrity and compliance
• Stay updated on industry trends, workplace strategies, and innovative office design solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, operations, management, external vendors, and stakeholders
• Ensure project completion within approved budgets and finalise delivery within stipulated timelines

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 
  8+ years of experience in office or commercial interior design
• Strong portfolio showcasing office, co-working, or corporate workspace projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Knowledge of ergonomic furniture, lighting, acoustics, and sustainable design practices
• Strong leadership, project management, and client communication skills
• Understanding of coworking layouts, hot desks, meeting rooms, and collaborative spaces (preferred)
• Familiarity with building regulations, fire safety norms, and accessibility standards
