Join our dynamic team as a Lead Journeyman HVAC Installer and take charge of installing, and repairing heating, ventilation, and related mechanical systems. This energetic role offers the opportunity to lead skilled field residential projects, mentor apprentices, and ensure top-tier service . As a key player in our operations, you will utilize your extensive construction knowledge and mechanical expertise to deliver exceptional results on every project. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction across diverse commercial and residential settings.

Duties

• Lead and coordinate HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schematics, design specifications, and safety standards.
• Supervise and mentor apprentice technicians and junior installers to foster skill development and teamwork.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, HVAC design plans, and mechanical blueprints to execute precise installations.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and regulations while maintaining a safe work environment for all team members.

Skills

• Extensive construction experience with a strong understanding of HVAC installation processes.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans accurately.
• Mechanical knowledge of heating and cooling systems including air conditioning units and ammonia refrigeration equipment.
• Skilled in field service operations with experience in property maintenance and equipment repair.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating <PERSON> drivers preferred. Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
