Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional learning.
• Lead classroom activities that promote active learning, curiosity, and positive behavior management strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create inclusive curricula that support children with special needs and those requiring early intervention services.
• Manage classroom environments effectively to ensure safety, engagement, and optimal child welfare.
• Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly.
• Engage with children through tutoring, storytelling, and hands-on activities that foster cognitive and social development.
• Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding child progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools.

Hours are 9am until 6pm Monday - Friday.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
