Lead Landscape/Hardscape Installer

Hard-working, highly motivated and driven individuals who are looking to spend time outdoors installing luxurious, quality landscapes and grow their knowledge of the landscaping industry in order to eventually become a landscape foreman.

You will work in the field leading the installation of patios, retaining walls, water features, and othe high end landscape construction projects.

ABOUT THIS POSITION:

7:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. You will work with our Foreman on the construction of high-end landscapes and landscape maintenance and cleanup work.

Your main job will be to help our Crew Leaders achieve timely project completion dates and quality installations. As well as delivering material to jobsites and operating equipment such as a tractor, excavator, and a skidsteer.

You will be working to install patios, walkways, retaining walls, stone and plastic edging, concrete pavers, plants, shrubs, and trees. ​Carpentry, decking, and fencing skills are a bonus.

When you start in this position, understand that you will be expected to advance your skills and knowledge to eventually move up in responsibility. This will come with opportunities for leadership roles and/or compensation increases.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be able to reliably commute to Cashton, WI

- Valid driver's license

- Some type of hardscaping, concrete, and/or carpentry experience is required

- The ability to learn new things

- Independence and strong problem-solving skills

JOB TYPE AND PAY:

- Full time, seasonal, and full time, year round positions available

- Monday-Friday - Saturdays as needed during busy season.

Pay Structure:

- $25-$32/hr or more BOE

- 3% 401k contribution ​​

• Concrete or Carpentry : 1 year (Preferred)
• Landscape: 2 years (Required)
