Lead Landscaper

Established Landscape Company with jobs in Port Townsend and Port Ludlow, Washington. Looking to add a full-time, year-round LEAD LANDSCAPER to our team.

Experience within the landscaping field is necessary, however, additional training as needed will be provided. Additional requirements for this position include:

• The ability to be organized, multi-task, be motivated and get things done.
• Strong work ethic and time management skills. Emphasis on dependability and punctuality.
• A Valid WA state driver's license with a safe driving record is required
• A helpful attitude and is a team player.
• Can dress for the weather.
• Be physically fit, able to walk long distances, stand, kneel and lift 40+ lbs.

Duties include: Perform landscape maintenance tasks on customer's property including, but not limited to:

• maintenance of trees, shrubs, perennial and seasonal flowers.
• Use of hand shears, hand pruners and hand loppers as well as gas and electric equipment such as; power shears, power blowers, mowers and line trimmers.
• Mowing, edging, weed control, bed raking, trimming and pruning.
• Perform all regular tasks including but not limited to leaf and debris removal.
• Watering containers, beds and hanging baskets as needed.

The position pays $@3.00-$27.00 per hr depending on experience. Must have references.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
