Lead Lawn Technician

We’re looking for a Lead Lawn Technician who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and treats every property like it’s their own. This role is for someone who doesn’t just “cut grass,” but cares about delivering a clean, professional result every single time.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Delivering consistent, high-quality lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing)
• Operating equipment safely and effectively (52" zero-turn, 36" stand-on, etc.)
• Supporting installation and cleanup work (mulch, sod, rock, tear-outs, seasonal cleanups)
• Inspecting properties proactively and addressing issues before they become problems
• Ensuring each job site is left cleaner and better than you found it
• Communicating with clients in a professional and respectful manner

Skills & Experience (Baseline)

• Experience in lawn/landscape maintenance
• Ability to safely operate lawn care equipment
• Physical ability to work outdoors in Florida conditions
• Basic understanding of landscaping practices

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
