Lead – Legal Operations (Court & Risk Review)

Role Overview
Lead the legal adjudication function for court-hit profiles, ensuring accurate, defensible, and audit-ready closures. The role combines legal expertise, operational rigor, AI governance, and team leadership to drive scalable, high-quality legal review processes.

Key Responsibilities
Legal Review & Risk Adjudication
Own end-to-end review of profiles flagged with criminal/civil court hits.
Provide clear, structured, and defensible legal opinions.
Handle complex, high-risk, and escalated cases as final decision authority.
Ensure consistency in legal interpretation, tagging, and documentation.

Governance & Compliance
Maintain audit-ready documentation aligned with regulatory and client standards.
Reduce rework, exception rates, and audit observations.
Build and refine SOPs and decision frameworks.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor legal reviewers and paralegals.
Conduct performance reviews and skill-gap assessments.
Drive accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
Education & Experience
LLB mandatory (LLM preferred).
3–5 years’ experience in Legal Operations, LPO/KPO, court checks, compliance, or risk adjudication.
Prior team handling experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
