Position: Licensed Lead Esthetician

Location: Chromatics Beauty Lab-Columbus, GA

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

We’re hiring a Lead Esthetician to help take our spa & treatment side to the next level. If you’re serious about corrective skincare, client experience, and leading a team — this is where you’ll shine.

What You’ll Do

Perform Chromatics-level facials, dermaplaning, peels, & corrective skincare

Train new estheticians + oversee skill development

Maintain compliance, sanitation, and documentation at excellence standards

Assist with product selection & inventory

Suggest seasonal themes, promos, bundles, and new service ideas

Communicate clearly with ownership and the team

Ensure our client experience is consistent — every single day

Requirements

Licensed Esthetician in GA

4+ years experience minimum

Strong technical facial/corrective skincare skills

Leadership or training experience is a plus

Retail confidence — not sales-y, but not shy

Compensation
