About the Role:

The Lead Therapist will provide individual and group therapy to clients dealing with addiction and/or mental health challenges. Our approach is empathetic, motivational, and collaborative, encouraging clients to take responsibility for their healing.

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality, ethical care. Additionally, you will help guide and support interns and those not fully licensed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions
• Educate clients and families on addiction, mental health, and recovery
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality
• Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision
• Coordinate care and referrals as needed
• Provide some supervision and guidance to Interns

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Active Indiana LCSW, LMHC per Masters in Counseling
• 3+ years of post-grad clinical experience
• Strong understanding of mental health and substance abuse and co-occurring disorders
• Familiarity with IOP/PHP
• Professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to support recovery
