Off Hours Beer Co. is seeking a creative and versatile Lead Line Cook to join our team. This role will be a hands-on authority in the kitchen, responsible for supervising food preparation, ensuring quality and consistency, and directing the culinary team during service.

Ramova Theatre & Off Hours Beer Co. is a community- and artist-owned multi-use destination housed within a beautifully restored historic movie theater on Chicago’s South Side. Anchored by a 1,800-capacity live performance venue, the footprint also features a 200+ capacity event space, beer garden, and the independently operated Off Hours Beer Co. brewery and taproom.
